Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

Strippers-South.com arranges private stage performances. Every show coordinated through the site is an event of dance, choreography and entertainment, intended for adult audiences only — ages 18 and over. The show involves no intimate contact of any kind and no element of sexual services. Show boundaries are set in advance and do not change during the evening.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are closed in the site's messaging channel. Before confirmation the client receives a single final written quote covering the date, location, lineup, duration and chosen extras. Confirming the quote constitutes agreement to its terms and to these Terms of Service. Any later change is recorded in the same channel, and the quote is updated in writing.

3. Payment

The exact payment terms — timing, method and amount — are specified in the quote itself and settled before confirmation. The principle is fixed: what the quote states is what gets paid, and no payment is ever required that did not appear in it beforehand.

4. Changes and Cancellations

A change of address, hour or lineup is handled by message, subject to availability. Moving the event to a new date is almost always preferable to cancelling, and we do our best to accommodate. Full cancellation terms are provided together with the quote — before confirmation, not after.

5. Conduct at the Event

The performer arrives to work in a respectful environment. The client is responsible for guests keeping the boundaries agreed in advance. In case of a blatant boundary violation, abusive treatment or a safety risk, the performer may stop the show without refund. Filming or recording the show is allowed only with the explicit prior consent of both sides.

6. Privacy and Discretion

Client details are never passed to any external party and are never used for publicity. On request, the chat is deleted after the event. We keep no details beyond what coordination itself requires.

7. Intellectual Property

The photos, texts and design on this site are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or using them without written permission is prohibited.

8. General

These terms may be updated from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the site at the time of booking. The site and the service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
